Any cancellations/rescheduling must be done 24-hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge to the card on file and the deposit will be forfeited. Please stay in communication if you are running late. A 15 minute grace period is given; however, anything outside of that period will result in a cancellation and 50% charge to the card on file. No call/no show will result to 100% fee from the services booked.
